Subscription Offer - Pure One Mini Radio

I have been looking to take out a subscription and have seen your latest offer for the above. It says that there is 20 hours playback per charge so does this mean that the DAB comes with the battery pack or is it just mains operated unless you buy a separate charge pack? Hope I have posted this in the correct Forum. Many thanks.

Hi there,

I'll contact the subs team and try to find out for you.

Hi bonzbennik,

I've just heard back from the Subs guy. Unfortunately the DAB doesn't come with the battery pack included and unless you buy the battery separately is mains operated only.

I hope this answers your question.

Regards,

Liz

Subscription offer help?

hi, long time reader, first time subscriber. i hoped to purchase the subscription offer with the sega handheld console thingy, but when i get to the payment page it won't let me go any further than the 'buy now' page. any reason for this? i've tried on multiple computers and none work. i'd appreciate any help, i'd rather not settle for any of the other offers.

Hi retbutler,
Sounds like there's a glitch on the subs payment page. I'll flag it to the Subs Manager. In the meantime, probably the best thing to do is to call the subscription service on:

UK: 0844 848 2852,
International: +44 (0) 1604 251 045

and quote the offer code:
TOFW17

Liz

If it helps, I can contact the subs service and get an email address so you can do the transaction by email.

(If you wait for the link to be fixed, you might lose out on the offer).

Or you can email me or even skype me and I can call them on your behalf...

Mornin',

You can email them at contact@myfavouritemagazines.co.uk

Don't forget to cite the code: TOFW17

I asked them to check the system and they confirmed that the Sega offer was still available.

Any problems, get back to me.

Good luck.

Liz
