Taken 2

So it's quite enjoyable silliness like the first one, but the problem is the certificate. I think its reasonably violent for a 12A, but it should have been a 15 at least. People are injured and killed and it just cuts away which is a bit boring.

Quite impressed that 29 year old Maggie Grace is still pulling off being a teenager and loved Liam's makeshift spare phone.

Spoiler Alert:

It was too predicatable, the trailer showed basiclly what was going to happen.

I enjoyed the film immensly, but I feel it could have been about another 20 minutes longer and been a little bit more filled in.

You don't find out what happens to the French guy. You don't find out what happens at the embassy. You don't find out who the insiders were at the hotel, or at the police department, or how they were recruited or anything. At least if it was Bond or Bourne you could assume there were going to be spies at every level, but lots of just random blokes giving the bad guys every bit of info is just too lazy for a film which is supposed to be more realistic than either of the other two mentieond.

Still a cracking film and I'm hoping that there will be a directors cut which covers at least some of these questions.

If your looking for some artistic or literary masterpiece you will be disappointed, but if you want to be entertained by a fast paced action thriller that still manages to spend most of the time developing a story line that doesnt need that much time to develop, with liam neeson then its a great movie.

I thought it was good, it was entertaining, and what more could you ask for in the entertainment business but to be entertained
