Because I enjoy being pedantic, I'll have to say that to see a film is often £4.60 in my local cineworld.
There is that problem. I have seen some guff, but on the toher hand I've gotten to enjoy some films that I would've given a miss normally. Though they are massively outweighed by the guff. But then I see Ponyo 10 times and it kinda balances out.
There are things I won't touch though. You won't find me going to see The Last Song simply because it's the only thing I haven't seen, I have some form of self-respect and dignity. I'll go and see something as long as there's a hope that there may be one or two decent elements about it. Halloween 2 wasn't particularly good, but the lighting and atmosphere (for the most part) was top notch, just let down primarily by hammy acting and too much plot.
