Hi Dan,
When you log in to totalfilm.com, your name should appear in the top left hand corner and next to it, you'll see Edit Profile. If you click on that and scroll down, you'll see a checkbox for "Please contact me with updates on Total Film". This needs to be checked.
Also, try adding
totalfilm@futuremail.net to your contact list. That might help as well.
I don't think they've sent today's one yet...
