It's a long story. In a nutshell, bad service after a few months, no new releases *Ever* and then hounding with spam once I managed to unsubscribe to them. I've tried every online rental place in the UK, they're the worst and they also gobbled up amazon's rental service which I was on at the time and ruined that too. In short; I hate them.
Anytime someone mentions in them in a big way, I have to use this gif
and my blood pressure goes up. So please, refrain from naming unless absolutely necessary - it's cruelty to animals.
