You should, even if it's just an email. Jonesy (one of the forum mods) once wrote to Vue complaining about the lack of choice in his local cinema and they wrote back. Couldn't do anything but at least he got a reply.
In Oz, during the screening they send a stern-looking middle aged woman stomping down the aisle with a torch to check everyone is behaving themselves. It seemed to do the job. They only come in once during the movie...but you don't know
when they're coming.
