Like a few other people, I don't really cry at real life but movies and other fiction can make me well up really easily. I've shed a tear at loads of movies but some I can remember off the top of my head:

Up
Toy Story 2 & 3 (Pixar really know how to push my buttons)
Return of the King ("My friends, you kneel to no-one")
The Lovely Bones (The closing monologue, not surprising here though as I sobbed uncontrollably for large chunks of the book).
Deathly Hallows part 2
Star Trek (George Kirk's exit at the beginning of the film)
Rabbit Hole
Moulin Rouge
Romeo + Juliet
Elephant
Beautiful Thing (The fairytale ending brings on tears of joy)
Little Miss Sunshine (tears of sadness and then joy at different times)
Pan's Labyrinth

Loads more I'll probably remember later.
