@Jay, Its bloody brilliant isn't it? Rented it, watched it, purchased it the next day.
Hanna Having also recently seen The Soloist I think Wright got lucky(ish) with Atonement. Acting was ok, as was the action, however I found the pace all over the place and the editing was very poor. It also struck me as a tad pretentious, but having read a few interviews of Wright he himself seems like a bit of a pretentious tit.
