Without a doubt, experiencing not only IMAX for the first time but 48 FPS as to be the highlight of the year for me. The experience was like no other and I'm just thankful to be one of those who can say they had seen the very first film shot in 48 fps! Makes me happy I am apart of cinema history!
Along with this i must say there was some great performances from the likes of Jennifer Lawrence (Hunger Games) and other personal favourites of mine are the animations that were released. The likes of 'The Lorax', 'Hotel Translyvania' and 'Brave' to name a few really stood out for me.
There were many stellar performances form the likes of Martin Freeman in 'The Hobbit' and Christian Bale in 'The Dark Knight Rises'.
Tom Hardy also stood out with performances in 'The Dark Knight Rises' and 'Lawless'
