Men and women see her in different ways. How do you see her? Originally, I thought she was a bit weird (gothic, blood around her neck, snogging her brother, etc), then I saw Girl, Interrupted and was blown away by her performance. After Brad and Jen split up and his relationship with Jolie was announced, it was hard not to see her as a bit of a homewrecker. Now she is receiving more coverage for her charity work and she has a happy family life and it is hard not to love her. What do you think? Temptress? Homewrecker? Talented Oscar-winning actress?

I used to think she was very sexy, then she lost a shed load of weight, and since then her head has looked too big for her body, and it's rather creepy. Thought she was good in A Might Heart though.

Jolie turned in good performances in Girl Interrupted and the biopic, Gia, but most of the roles she's offered don't really push or challenge her as an actress. Films like Wanted, Mr & Mrs Smith and the Lara Croft films are very standard action fare but I guess she takes them to pay the bills. I try not to let a celebrity's personal life influence how I view them in any way, though it's a little harder with someone like Tom Cruise as he is very annoying in public appearances.

Don't think she's really hit her peak and done a role that makes you want to jack off in the cinema yet so there's plenty of room for improvement.

She's really fit so I don't care whether she can act, as long as she wears skimpy clothing. She acted well in Beowulf.

With her new film Salt, set to open soon, was wondering what everyone's thoughts on the lady were ( we know the Guyvers... )

I find her extremely unlikeable, and while I can appreciate her acting talent (eg Changling) I would never eagerly anticipate seeing one of her films in a way with other actors/stars. The constant media attention and scrutiny of her relationships and way of life really doesn't help either.

I'm with you, Zippy. She can act, when she has the right role and direction (Gia, Girl Interrupted) but I don't seek out her films or find her enjoyable to watch onscreen. And she's scarily skinny nowadays, a shame as she used to have a cracking figure as Lara Croft.

I find her physically repulsive, and can't actually watch her. Cannot understand, for the life of me, why Guyver wants to do her.

She was alright in The Changeling though, I suppose.

She was very good in the changeling, I didn't want her to be Lara Croft as I much preferred Rhona Mitre. Jolies legs looked like they could have snapped at any time and still do. Nice lips though.
