Default Customer Help for Subscribers

My subscription thing says I have no more issues left. Will I be sent a letter asking if I want to renew it or should I just buy a new one?

Default Customer Service for Subscribers?

Apologies if this is posted in the wrong forum.

I've been a subscriber to Total Film for the past few months and have been very impressed with the magazine, and the deal I got. However, when I received issue 167 (Jessica Alba), unfortunately it arrived badly damaged along the spine. I understand it's only a magazine, but what is the point in 'exclusive subscriber covers' when they're too battered to put in your collection?

I can accept that items can get damaged in the post, but when I contact 'MyFavouriteMagazines.co.uk' to request a replacement issue, and have numerous requests and emails ignored, I feel cheated.

After 5 replacement requests, and the following 2 issues (168, 169) later, I finally got a new issue of 168. Although wait! It's just the normal cover edition available in the shops - that isn't the version I'm signed up for. With the time I waited I could have gone to a retailer and got one myself.

Why has the distribuitor failed to acknowledge my request for so long? Why can't I have the exclusive cover version I'm paying for?

Hi McClane29,

Sorry to hear you've had such a nightmare getting hold of a replacement copy.

Leave it with me - I'll contact the main subs person and I'll see if I can get hold of a special subs copy.

I'll get back to you asap.

Liz

Angry Missing magazines

I have recently started a subscription with Total Film and apart from the first issue the next two have never been delivered without me having to phone up, which usually means waiting for 30 mins for someone to answer!! Is their a problem with my subscription or am I having to do this every month, which seems to defeat the object.

P.S. STILL WAITING FOR THE CURRENT ISSUE TO ARRIVE AND GETTING BORED (maybe empire will deliver on time)

Default Unhappy subscriber

Hi, I’m from the UK and in January I subscribed to Total Film magazine with IMS News using the option of 4 quarterly payments over the year. I bought it as a gift for someone in Canada who loves the magazine. Over three months have now gone by and no sign of any magazines being delivered, yet I was billed for the first quarter in January, and the second payment (another $25) went through in April, and still nothing has been delivered. I have emailed customer service twice and haven’t got any reply. Not happy
