Default Dvd and blu-ray cardboard sleeves

What do other people think of those cardboard sleeves which more companies seem to be supplying with their DVD and Blu-ray cases these days?

I personally just place them for recycling straight away! They take up more room than necessary on the shelves and I think the Blu-ray cases are sturdy enough as they are, plus they look nicer too!

They don't, actually. They take up about the same.

I don't give one about DVD cases but with Blu-rays I'm paying more so I like the extra packaging, it makes them look more expensive.
If I buy a Blu-ray used and it still has its card slipcase, it's more likely to have been looked after and it's a bonus to get it because they tend to only come with the first runs of new titles. They can actually become collectible.
