I'm watching it too. Pretty good. They're not holding back on the old boob and jizz action, are they?

I wish they'd put this on Netflix so I could catch up before the next season starts. Everyone I know who's watching Homeland loves it!

Just caught up with this up to the current episode of s2. I reckon its taken a bit of a nosedive since the first series, which was fantastic, but still pretty excited for the last two.

Some stray thoughts -

Shout out for Damien Lewis and Claire Danes. Lewis' character is a bit blank for most of it, but when he does have to act he's pretty much note perfect. And Danes is just fantastic, especially considering she's playing a mentally unstable character of a type most actors over-exaggerate. Even

her breakdown at the end of season one

struck just the right tone, and is probably as realistic as most high-budget film/TV has ever portrayed mental illness.

Credit also to the writers... I hear a few of them are veterans of 24 which doesn't surprise me. My main criticism of the show would be that its largely very realistically written and acted, but on occasion veers into 24-style ridiculousness. Which I loved on that show but on Homeland its kind of disruptive.

Finally... Brody's wife has a strangely tiny head, and is incredibly annoying. So is his daughter, but her role in the finale sort of redeems her.
