Default Snow White & the Huntsman

I didn't really fancy this as I was told it was a bit of a girly film but my son wanted to see it so off we went and I'm glad I did because I enjoyed it a lot more than I thought I would. Its a dark fairytale with some good special effects and quite a few sword fighting, axe wielding battles. I was surprised to see so many British actors in this and was more than pleasantly surprised to see Ian McShane, Bob Hoskins, Ray Winstone, Nick Frost and Eddie Marsden playing the dwarves.

Not as good as I thought this was going to be, Kristen Stewart is just so hard to like - and when shes the heroine you're meant to root for, that's a real problem. Chris Hemsworth as the Huntsman probably raised the most interest - but why does he have a dodgy Scottish accent???
