Default Best Peter Jackson Tolkien movie

Since the response to the last poll has been so overwhelming it's practically blown our pants off let's have another poll.

This time vote for your favourite Jackson Tolkien film.

Not sure if I'm the only one concerned, but for some reason I am not allowed to vote. If that's a common problem, your pants might stay on for quite some time

Can you not? I see. Thanks for letting me know, because these are test polls, to see how the settings work. I'll let the boss know there's a problemo.

Hobbit is the only that didn't make me fall asleep so the choice is obvious.

My favourite film of the franchise so far has to be THE TWO TOWERS, if only for the magnificent assault at Helm's Deep which seems to take it's inspiration from the real-life attack on Badajoz during the Peninsular War in 1812.

While I enjoyed all the films, I thought that THE HOBBIT stretched credibility a little too far during some scenes - notably the falling walkway in Goblin Town and the bending tree during the Warg attack - but all in all I think PETER JACKSON has done a great job with them.

Sorry, I had to chuckle at that. A falling walkway and a bending tree are stretching credibility in a world where Goblins, Wargs, Dwarfs and Hobbits are real?

Don't get me wrong, the movie does have problems - a lot of them - I just thought it was funny you pointed out those things specifically.
