This thread is for appreciation of all the wierd, outre, bizzare and so-bad-its-good movies that we all love.
Stuff that made you go ( in some way ) WOW that was just....

So what are your faves. A few of mine that really stand out for me are..
Dark City
The Cell
Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind
Ghost World
Lost Highway.


All of these are in someway stand out wierd. Either because of the visuals ( the Cell) or the sheer brilliance of the concept ( eternal sunshine )
In short I think that anything that makes you in some way go OMG or wow is worthy of this thread.

A weird film list is not complete unless it has a Takashi Miike film in it. Visitor Q and Gozu are prime examples of WTF-ness.

I watched the Acid House the other night and that is definately very, very weird.

And i thought this was going to be about the film...

Oh well uh.. David Lynch should get a mention surely?

Try and understand Mulholland Drive on first viewing!

Lost Highway was mentioned by myself above. One of Lynchs wierdest and best IMO.

The Man Who Fell To Earth....a sci fi classic and one of the most visually unusual films ive ever seen.
