Help needed with Newsletter

I'm signed up to you guys but I never receive the Friday email. I used to a few months ago but it's now stopped.

Can you double check a couple of things for me?

Can you check the newsletter checkbox is still "checked" in your profile?

And can you check your email account to make sure totalfilm@futuremail.net is set as a non-spam email address?

Hi Dan,

When you log in to totalfilm.com, your name should appear in the top left hand corner and next to it, you'll see Edit Profile. If you click on that and scroll down, you'll see a checkbox for "Please contact me with updates on Total Film". This needs to be checked.

Also, try adding totalfilm@futuremail.net to your contact list. That might help as well.

Would it be possible to get the email newsletter sent out again to me? I deleted it by mistake and my delete box automatically empties - I'm gutted I didn't get to read it

I changed my email and now my newsletter doesn't seem to arrive. The box is ticked on my profile. If I PM the details could you please investigate Liz ? fank-you.

Wilco, moz. I haven't received a newsletter for the last couple of weeks, so it may be a newsletter problem rather than a problem with your account. I'll get back to you asap.
