I prefer Tamer to Dyer.

You're right. I'm ashamed I posted on this thread. I deleted my posts, I don't even want to talk about him

I own Severance which I thought was actually pretty good & Football Factory. Also saw Tamer on the latest NCIS on FX.

I'm sorry to add onto the already too long thread, but I actually own Greenfingers by some unknown means. He has a secondary part, but in one shameful moment of awkward love-making we are unfortunate to see him bare-assed.

I have seen Danny Dyer's bare pasty flat ass.

And I can't erase the image out of my mind. Help.

Had to watch 'Severance' again and he's still surprisingly decent in it as part of an ensemble cast that all seem to be having a great time. It's an entertaining film, with one genuinely moving death scene in the middle of the comedy horror.

DVD commentary however shows Dyer at his worst, you can play a drinking game where you neck a whisky every time he says "Get on that!".

He's a better actor than he is a real person! He's just too much of a stereotype, although he can play on that sometimes to humorous effect, but in random banter he throws in rhyming slang etc, it gets a little tiring.

"THAT'S PROPA 'ORROR THAT IS, GET ON THAT!"

I don't own any Dyer but I have recorded Straightheads and now Severance off the telly.

Watched the latter last night and was pleasantly surprised. Getting a little bored 15 minutes in but stuck with it and enjoyed what is actually quite an effective horror/com with a decent third act. The lodge back-story's were good, particularly Dyer's - "Get on that" indeed! The cast work well together and yes, one death scene is fairly moving. Even Blackadder's Percy, who's a snivelling, cowardly jobsworth finds some form of redemption in the end. Dyer's his usual obnoxious cockney self but here it fits well and Laura Harris shows the spirit and fight that's becoming a staple of the modern heroine in harm's way.

Most of the barrow-boys output is shocking but this is above average fair and well worth a look.

Severance (I thought he was good in this movie, though I doubt it was much of a stretch) and Human Traffic (excellent movie)

Default Mr D Dyer

Severance and The Football Factory were good. Watching him drop anchor in his pants whilst presenting The REAL Football Factory (particularly International ones) is hilarious. Smokes like a trooper and you can see him visibly wilt when speaking to the Serbian and Croatian nutters who's rows turned in to a real war. Seeing him getting caned on Buzzcocks was also very funny.
