The scene in the first Godfather movie when Michael is at the restaurant with “the Turk” and the police captain. Such a nervy and intense scene as he finally draws his weapon and guns them both down where they sit.

Default My Favourite scene

My favourite scene is from Danny Boyle's Sunshine, more specifically the scene where Capa & Kaneda repair the shield, running out of time, the shield being enveloped in pure sunlight Kaneda orders Capa too safety.

Its helped by John Murphys spine tingling score that has been used on NUMEROUS films, tv shows and adverts since.

Terminator 2- The storm drain chase with John Conner on the bike and the T1000 in the truck, when ever I watch it I'm always on the edge of my seat plus it's just fantastically done and still holds its own along modern FX in films.
Terminator 3- The crane chase scene (no matter your feelings on the actual film there is no denying that this is an awesome action scene!)
T Rex chase in Jurrasic Park.
All of Lost in Translation, such a beautiful film!
The free way scene in The Island, awsome action!
The scene in Cloverfield when the camera guy is on one side of the street and the other 3 are on the other side and the military start firing the artillery, if really makes you feel that your there!
I have so many more from so many films that I'm finding it hard to come up with just a few!
I could go on for ever plus as I'm writing this at work on my phone it's starting to get annoying as I keep making mistakes and having to re write! Damn I phone!

Default Movie Moments Worth Paying For !

Although there are countless movie moments that are worth paying for, one moment sticks out like a sore thumb for me. My favourite moment is from the classic film "The Shawshank Redemption" when the main protagonist Andy Dufresne breaks out of Shawshank prison after crawling through the sewage pipes.

I would of loved to have seen that at the Cinema, curse my youth!

District 9. I wish I had caught this at the cinema, I would imagine that the sound would of been worth it as much as some of the actiony stuff.

Default Theoden's speech on the Pelennor fields

The moment where Theoden and his men arrive on the horizon of the pelennor fields to see an almost unstoppable army of orcs and trolls in front of them. Minis Tirith is almost overrun, it's all down to them to destroy this collosal army and Theoden delivers a truely inspirtation speech that gears everyone up for battle and it still gives me goosebumps! Unbelievable Classic!

Default Punch

1985, Londons Leicester Square, packed house for Back To The Future and one of those rare, and these days mostly extinct, moments where the whole audience cheered and applauded when George McFly takes a swing at Biff in the car park and decks him with one blow. Never have i heard an audience cheer so much. Thats why we go to the movies.

Default Donnie Darko

The final party scene and his last day on earth, classic confusion and time travel logic I love this film, it knows how to tell a good story and freak you out and slip in some epic trippy rabbit in the meantime, best Jake Gyllenhal film i've ever seen
