Conan the Barbarian (remake). So far it's been surprisingly enjoyable choppy uppy action nonsense. The CG blood isn't too fake looking but the guy playing Conan is a bit of a charisma void.

I bought that the day it came out on DVD and took it back that afternoon. Affleck is too boring to be in an action movie and that film is too boring to even call itself an action movie.

Yep. When I saw Uma Thurman appear (through my half an eyelid, the other being on my laptop) I said - "Ditch it". bint hasn't had a good movie since Kill Bill.
It's the kind of crap I'll only look at once it's on Sky. You bought it? I shouldn't laugh. You did right taking it back.

Deliverance. Good film. Amazing seeing Ronny Cox and Burt Reynolds looking so young.
boy, they sure went through it.

I'd forgotten how much like Dick Jones Ronny Cox's char is in Total Recall.

Seriously I count 5 male actors in this film that would be star leads in any other film, and they team them with an MMA fighter!?

Its sad when a well executed armbar is more important then trained acting in the choice of lead.

I saw it at the cinema, thought it was a pile of crap. Boring and Carano's fighting skills were under used.
