I caught this last week, and Ive gotta say I enjoyed it. It wasnt anything special, but it did plenty right too. Hemsworth is great as Thor, excellent piece of casting.

I really enjoyed this film. Really liked it and I'm more of a DC girl (yes I am female, despite my name).

Everytime I watch this I always think it, and it's probably just me, but everytime I see King Laufey he reminds me of the late Layne Staley. Prolly just me.
(apologies if pic too big, tried to resize, i'm crap at it )

*lol* I actually waited for him to burst into flames. I saw Colm Feore on stage quite a bit in recent years and when he played Coriolanus, they actually set fire to the stage (not kidding, the actors all had to be trained by the fire department) to burn his body.

I'll have 'Would?' playing in my head for the rest of the day now though, thanks for that

Haha you still singing it It's certainly not a bad song to hum anyways. There's nowt worse than getting a crap tune stuck in your head.

The smell was 'yikes' inded. I was lucky enough to get to see how it was done a few days later though and considering they only use real and sharp weapons in Stratford (Canada, not UK) and have to re-rehearse all scenes involving said weapons before every single show, I shouldn't be surprised by their shenenigans anymore.

It actually switched to 'Rooster' after a few hours and yes, there are definitely way worse tunes to be stuck on
