We went to an Irish Pub where the entire staff is actually Irish and it's custom to order in English there but he insisted on ordering in German (even though he used to live in the US) and actually rolled his eyes when I automatically said 'go raibh maith agat' instead of 'danke' or 'thank you' to the waiter. So much for his chances of getting laid

Virgin Media Filmflex sucks arse!!!

Twice I have tried to watch Chronicle in the last week and both times it has locked up and won't play....sick of this piss poor service and I can't be bothered to hang on the line to their customer services to eventually be put through to Abdul or Mohammed.

Cheers Jeff, I've only seen the first 20 mins, looks a bit crap so far, nearly blind bought it on blu-ray the other day, glad I didn't.

Oh Dear, No. Stick with Chronicle, it's one of the best movies i've seen recently. The found footage thing is getting tired but it's a lot more impressive than I was expecting.

Well worth a watch.

When approaching a bumper-to-bumper traffic jam, it might be wise to step on your brakes BEFORE you hit the car that has been standing there for a while already, damnit!

I feel sorry for the guy (the insurance hike is not going to be pretty), but I am currently busy enough without having to deal with his insurance and taking time off for getting my car fixed.
