I was thinking Harrison Ford. The only problem is that the guy never seems to age.

Another good choice. With Joseph Gordon-Levitt as the future Bat?

Too old IMO.

The Terry McGinnis character is a high school student, and personally I'm fed up with actors and actresses who're within spitting distance of their 30s playing teenagers.

Hmm, it's been a while since I saw Return of the Joker but after a quick Google search I see what you mean.

The only person I can really think of is Andrew Garfield but he's a bit too old.. and Spider Man.

Still - being fan casting I'll go with him.

Definitely not a fan of Joseph Gordon-Levitt, he was awesome in third rock from the sun though.

I know definitely too old but Ryan Gosling is my first choice.
I think he could add some credibility to the role which frankly would probably end up being filled by a Shia LaBeouf type urgggg.

I'd hate it to go to a relatively unknown actor like they did with Anakin Skywalker, though. I mean, they'd never even make the movie but.. if they did.....

On the flip side, who would play your Jack the Ripper in the Victorian Batman Epic?

Maybe a true grit style Jeff Bridges?

Had a bit of a think, and from what I remember of the Batman of the Future (or Batman Beyond as it was also known) cartoon, Barbara Gordon was the GCPD commissioner in that unspecified future period.

So I'm gonna suggest Kate Mulgrew for the part.
