In my opinion it is so much better than GTA. There's so much to do and the atmosphere is so much more immersive than any of the previous GTAs. Also I find it really addicting (I wouldn't be suprised if I have lost a day of my life on it haha)

Does anyone have all the paid DLC? Is it worth buying for 1000 MS points??

I have not played this game as much as I would like, but am sure to do so in the future, as recently I purchased RED DEAD REDEMPTION: UNDEAD NIGHTMARE too. Only time will tell which will bite me first - a Ghoul or Rattlesnake!

The non-linear playing style reminds me of the fantasy game THE ELDER SCROLLS IV: OBLIVION - another of my PS3 favourites.

Just had this back from my mate.

I enjoy the multi-player,there is so much you can do, much better than GTA4 - I only went on once.

The new as in today the 03rd September expansion pack is available to DLC as free content, adds new multiplayer characters and additional places of the multiplayer map to get going with your posse.

If you lack a posse, then head over to reddead.net and meet some like minded red dead players who meet up online to pawn the rest of the community (xbox and ps3 friendly)

I like the game, its much more romantic and refreshing than Rockstars previous few games, cant say the same about LA Noir, but I had fun watching some LA Noir themed movies in the run up to its release, perhaps my favourite was LA Confidential.

With 2013 almost upon us, I have already made a resolution to complete RED DEAD REDEMPTION and then play the UNDEAD NIGHTMARE which should add a scary aspect to an already classic game.

I presume it will seem a little like RESIDENT EVIL in the Wild West!

Thumbs down

I was so bored with this game. And after I rescued my son and wife I just stopped playing. In my opinion they didn't have an idea for this game. Surely killing eagles, armadillos and deers in run was quite enjoyable but for how long...
