Yeah, you certainly weren't meant to like her. But she was so unlikeable that it totally ruined the film - it made me hate the guy, too, because he was a complete idiot to fall for this vapid, manipulative idiot. Damn hipsters...

The Warriors: Sub-par acting and wooden dialogue, but I absolutely loved the feel of the film. The visuals were excellent and there aren't many films that better capture the vibe of New York. "Warriors, come out to play-ay." 7/10

Well I like Zooey.
Warriors is a bona-fide cult CLASSIC.
But.
Has anyone else seen Changeling ? It is a fantastic movie.
Far better than Eastwoods turns on Gran Torino and Billion Dollar Baby. It is, granted a bit of a mismash of the true story but thats not important as it is a CRACKING good film. Angelina Jolie gives possibly one of the performances of her career and in my opinion was robbed of an Oscar.
The film reminded me of another great Gone Baby Gone in both its tone and conception but Changeling was far better.
it was great to look at as well and as I said I think its Eastwoods best Direction for ages. 5/5 definately.

By the way. We had a discussion in another thread as to the difference between actors and stars. Believe me in Changeling Jolie ACTS.

It really isn't. It's disappointing certainly but the opening ten minutes alone are more cinematic and fun than all of 'Star Trek'.

Let's put things in perspective.

Both Star Trek & Indy 4 are passable summer blockbuster fare.

When genuine turd like G.I. Joe is being made, I for one rejoice that the likes of Spielberg are still around.

I've just won a keyring in Fortunesfool Bingo for the 'deriding modern blockbusters, with specific mention to Star Trek' square.

I have you in mind now with every post. You get a point for me saying something is 'cinematic' too.

Fool. its dire. Appaling acting, badly paced, not funny, stunts look fake, CGI is awfuletc etc. Its an insult to the other Indy movies.
For the record Star Trek was utter shite as well.
