I like Sly, he seams like a nice guy and I find a lot of his films enjoyable (Rocky, Over The Top, Lock Up, Daylight, Tango & Cash, to name a few).

That news report is from March. He's apparently alive and well. I think there's been confusion because an Expendables stuntman died. When I did a search earlier on it took me to stuff about Joe Frazier's recent death because he inspired Rocky's training routine in the movie. I think it's all just a bit of random confusion.

I like what Sly is capable of, however I don't like how he's "hoared out" his acting career for money. Stop or my Mom will shoot and Driven come to mind.

I did (do) love Rocky and Lock Up, though.
