That's my point. The Fly is great but there are even more impressive looking blu rays out there.

Sorry mate. :-) I picked up nightmare on elm street today heard good things about it . Got taken for £6 out of blockbuster as well Really impressed with the image

Watched Nightmare on elm street yesterday afternoon. The making of stuff was brilliant and the image and sound was excellent. Remind me why its taking so long to move to blu ray

No need to, just replace your favourites. That's what most of us do I reckon. You know which ones to go blu-ray on, the ones you watch the most or will benefit the most.
Inception is stunning on blu-ray, so is Avatar, District 9. I've only watched Avatar twice. But it does look amazing.

I might go for Alien box set but not sure. I think I've seen it too many times.

Yeah thats the plan Morris just replace the ones i watch the most. :-). I'm wanting thor on blu ray. But the only ones i keep finding are the triple play ones. Feck that for a laugh I just want the blu ray grrrr

All the marvel films are meant to look brilliant. I'll keep hunting maybe get lucky on ebay or amazon :-)

Heck with it. Bought the Alien blu-ray box set. 3 great films and one so-so film with some great moments in it, for a tenner? Bargain.
