Episodes 4-6 I might spring for. But only the original theatrical releases. And only if there's a bloody big difference in quality. Other than that, I'm not going to feed that cash cow. Wait a couple of years and they'll be in 3D, or whatever the next Hollywood craze is. Holograms or some such.

Jaws, can remember first seeing it when it first came out when I was six years old, leaving some very deep psychological scars

Have yet to watch it all the way through, so Blu-ray will be another format for me to fast forward through it
