Damn! Just listening to Are You Experienced.

Also you know you're getting old when you remember watching The A-Team on ITV just after World of Sport. When Saturdays were proper Saturdays.

It was 33 years ago yesterday that Elvis Presley died but I still remember it like it was yesterday. I was 11 years old.

Remakes! - You saw the original in the cinema the week it came out, making a banal remake all the worse.

Also, you know you're getting old when you have to scroll down to pick your date of birth from a list.

People comment on the CGI being a bit rubbish in films made before The Abyss.

Ok, so I'm only 23, but I feel so old anytime I say to my 11 year younger than me sister "Well when I was a kid..."

Or mostly when some amazing movie that was made before 2000 is mentioned amongst friends and they don't care because its "old" or it "looks dated".

We're so lucky to have a wealth of great movies behind us to delve into, and some people only want to see something that has came out this week. 'Cause if its new its better right? Wrong, so very wrong.

Wait until you recommend a film, and the person looks at you aghast and says, 'Did they used to make movies then?'

actual LOL!

Or anyone, ok mostly my sister who if she knows its sort of an old movie, she'll ask.... "Is it Black and White, cause then I'm not watching it."

and everyone should, well horror fans at the least, should love (see) Evil Dead.

What irks me with horror and sci-fi though, ok not what irks me about that but what irks me about some people watching them is just sitting there the whole time saying "that effect looks bad."

What's more annoying is that their love of Zombie movies is based on the turgid remake of Dawn of the Dead.

It annoys me when people say the CGI was bad in old movies, like there was no way to do effects before computers.

Old school effects rule all in my opinion. Tom Savini is king.
