I think Striptease runs it a close second though.

Showgirls was honoured at the Razzies. Verhoeven deserved a Lifetime Achievement for that one.

Showgirls is truly bad....but bloody funny. My own personal favourite bad movie is Killer Shrews....dogs covered in bad rugs and wobbly fake teeth.....once seen, never forgotten!

No way. Showgirls offers a variety of flesh, Striptease has Demi Moore and she's skank.

Btw, Showgirls is to be released on Blu-ray.

Sinsational !

I think Showgirls is the only film in history to refer to "vaginal tears" - that's as in rip not cry.

Anyway, my vote goes to Wishmaster 2, although I don't think the original Wishmaster should be entirely discounted.

Honestly, one of the best trashiest villains ever committed to celluloid - Nathanial Demerest played by Andrew Divoff.

The campaign to get him knighted starts here........

Meet Joe Black for me, sure it's pompous, patronisisng and totally elitist in it's presentation, but the visuals are gorgeous, Clare Forlani is gorgeous, the little cakes Jeffrey Tambor eats are gorgeous and the score is wonderful.

Yes I have cried at it,

I am to be mocked!

Hmm, Showgirls on Blu-ray, or the England match tonight?

Rooney and co don't stand a chance.

A few of my perosnal favourites would have to include
"Dragon Wars"
"Boy Eats Girl"
and a film where a group of people go out on a boat and very slowly, one by one, get eaten by a crocodile - although I can't remember the name of this one
Oh and "Mr Nanny" starring Hulk Hogan

Commando. Terrible puns, ridiculous action and the gayest villain in film history. What's not to enjoy?

How can you diss a villain who willingly hurls himself against an electric fence just to give himself a power boost?

I read on the trivia section of Commando that the actor who played Bennet originally auditioned for the role of John Matrix. Hmm...somewhere out there in a paralell universe is a most interesting version of Commando
