Help needed with Newsletter

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you - just back from my hols...

There are sometimes random glitches with the newsletters that we have no control over, but please give the following a try and let me know how you get on... (Newsletters are sent out on Mondays and Fridays).

When you are logged in, click on Edit Profile at the top of the page.

If the "Please contact me with updates on Total Film" box is checked, uncheck it and then click the "Update My Profile" button. Then go in again, check the updates box and click the "Update My Profile" button.

If the "Please contact me with updates on Total Film" box is unchecked, check it and then click the "Update My Profile" button.

Hi guys,

I know this isn't an ideal solution, but if you have an alternative email address, probably the best thing to do is re-register (making sure you check the newsletter checkbox).

If you don't have an alternative email address but are happy to re-register, let me know and I'll do some jiggery pokery at this end to free up your current email address (basically you can't re-register using the same email address).

In both instances, you won't be able to keep your exact usernames but you can adjust them slightly, eg marty0089.

PM me or email me at elizhawkins77@yahoo.co.uk to let me know how you want to proceed.

Again - sorry for the clunky workaround.

A one off may be due to the language used in the title of the email or the body of the newsletter, depending on your spam filters etc. - but to consistently not receive the emails is definitely a huge problem!

I've yet to receive my first newsletter and I signed up on the 8th of November. Was really disppointed as I really wanted to take advantage of the free 50/50 tickets...

Sometimes there are techy problems with the newsletters, which we have no control over. We've started a special thread which we'll try to regularly update with links to the newsletters:

I've signed up for the newsletter that gets sent to you every week on friday.

Silly question, but what time does the newsletter get released?

Apologies for not responding sooner. You've probably worked this out for yourself by now but the emails usually go out on Friday afternoons - times may vary.
