I haven't watched this properly in years, I did stumble across an episode last night though where Cartman gave Kyle aids - crazy as hell.

It is patchy nowadays. Sometimes a new episode will be a bit 'MEH then, randomly: a really good one. Cartman-centric ones are usually a safe bet. There's one recently involving fat people on mobility scooters and Honey Boo Boo which is a fucken classic.
