That Buzzcocks ep was truly hilarious. Simon Amstell basically flat-out asked him if he was trying too hard to be 'cockney' at all times.

Personally, I can't dislike him too much. By the same token, you could hate the overexcited spaniel humping your leg, but it would never understand why. Instead you've just got to take it aside, quietly, and have it neutered. Then give it a pat on the head and a bowl of tasty kibbles.

I can. I only have to think of his column advice to a guy to beat up his girlfriend; not funny, big or clever.

Please, Snips - don't compare Dyer to a spaniel. Spaniels are cute and likeable. Dyer is fug and about as funny as AIDS. I know you're saying he's too dumb to hate but equally he's too obnoxious to like. Honestly, it doesn't bother me that he exists, but he deserves obscurity.
