Default Box Office Losers 2013

I might be bit late to the party as we're nearly halfway through 2013 but which films do you think will bomb at the box office? I'm a cup half full kinda guy.

My money is on The Lone Ranger this year. The trailers are kinda underwhelming and Arnie Hammer has that same self-satisfied mug as Matthew McConaughey circa early noughties (Matthew McConaughey post-2012 is so much cooler).

The Lone Ranger looks perfectly nauseating. I hope it fails.

Dunno if this is the wrong use of this thread, but I'm going to use it to lament the state of movies in general.

While at the cinema to see Star Trek Into Darkness, I saw trailers for
The Great Gatsby 3D, The Lone Ranger, The Hangover 3 and bizarrely, at least two for Pacific Rim. None of these had the least bit of appeal.
Del Toro, what have you become? If I wanted to watch stupidly oversized robots fighting monsters or each other, or anything; I'd watch Transformers.
I feel depressed for the state of film after seeing these ads for forthcoming 'attractions'.

I saw Iron Man 3 again last night because it was a free ticket and I had nothing else to do. The Hangover 3 trailer annoyed the hell out of me. It'll likely be one of the highest grossing non-superhero films of the year though. A film that is likely going to be full of thirdhand jokes and meaningless "celeb" cameos. But obviously the people who like that sort of thing will go to see that sort of thing again and again.

It's so annoying, rite? If ever there was a One movie idea, a one-trick dead horse flogged - it's The Hangover.
To suggest it needs a trilogy is idiotic and transparently exploitative.

From the looks of things, The Lone Ranger, After Earth, RED 2 and R.I.P.D won't be doing too well this year.

I agree with the thoughts on the Pacific Rim trailers, they have been awful. But goodness knows the general public like fighting giant robots.
