Dumb & Dumber, The Mask would be a start. Tropic Thunder is Okay, but runs out of steam.

I am new here so hello first but my main reason for posting is to ask for recommendations on comedy films.
I know it's a hard one because everyone has different senses of humour but I have just started a film blog and have a distinct lack of comedy on it (reviews etc).

The problem I am having is that the films I have tried fall into two caterogies. I've either hated them or they haven't been able to hold my attention long enough for me to finish them.

I know its a toughy and a long shot but please advise. To give you an idea of comedy films I've liked in the past here's a few.. zoolander, anchorman, something about mary, dinner for schmucks.

Thanks

Liza
A little difficult as you can never tell what you have seen and what you haven't. Judging by the above films try

Role Models
The Other Guys
Date Night
Baby Mama
Due date
40 Year old Virgin
Step Brothers
Superbad

Apologies if you hate these or you have seen them all.

Default Anyone seen On the Inside yet?

just wondering if anyone's purchased On the Inside.

The DVD release was a few days ago. Its got Olivia Wilde, Nick Stahl, Dash Mihok and Tariq Trotter.

It went straight to DVD so I usually see if people liked it before I grab it.

thoughts?

Smile

I like films that look grounded to reality throughout but have an unexpected supernatural twist. I especially enjoyed the films that I have listed below (I don't know how to hide spoilers)

Can anyone recommend any more to look out for?

SPOILERS below (highlight) ----
Knowing (although noone else seemed to)
The Sixth Sense
Identity
Cabin in the Woods
and, to some extent, the TV show FlashForward
