I watched Ross Kemp on gangs the other night, it was in Kingston Jamaica, hopefully you are going to a nicer part of the island?

I watched Noel tidy beards other game show Deal or no Deal the other day for the first time and it was only because a friend of mine was on it, it has got to be one of the worst game shows I have ever seen, it was so drawn out and boring that I fast forwarded most of it.

I've always thought Deal or no Deal was too complicated for a television gameshow. And people guessing boxes really isn't interesting.

There are also heavy rumours that its the most fixed show on tv.

Yes, luckily we avoided Kingston this time. Flew in and out of Montego Bay. Had a great time again - sunny days making a nice change from grey London. Definitely felt a touch milder arriving back today than when I left. Maybe the worst of winter is behind us? Though I can't help thinking we haven't seen the last of the snow.

Anyone have any upcoming travel plans?

My last day at work for a couple of weeks, I have been summoned for jury service, can't say I am looking forward to it.

It's nothing to stress about. There's a good chance you won't even have to go. Make sure you phone the number on your letter and listen for details of your jury number. I was told for the first two days that I wasn't needed then when I phoned on the last day I was told my jury service was finished. So a few days off work was welcome.

I am lucky that my boss is paying me while I am away as the money you can claim back is rubbish. I have told my boss that if they send me home early or are not needed then I can come into work, but really I will be going straight home and playing Call of Duty Black ops
