Have you seen this feature from our guys in Comic-Con?
http://www.totalfilm.com/features/th...comic-con-2011 It's basically their favourite picks from their four days in San Diego. Which Comic-Con movies did you think looked the most exciting this year? Did anything surprise you? The Tintin footage seemed to change a lot of doubting minds... Were any of you lucky enough to hit the Con yourselves? Or are you not the least bit interested in what goes on there? It'd be great to hear what you think! |

Dunno about anyone else but I was a little underwhelmed by this year's con and the coverage (I wasn't there BTW. Work gets in the way of flying to San Diego for a jolly...). I usually get very excited around this time of year but I'm feeling decidedly blah... TDKR trailer hitting got me all 'con'-type excited and the Andrew Garfield dressed as Spidey stunt was kind of sweet, I'll give ghost rider 2 a go based on what I've seen but my levels of excitement for Tintin and Prometheus et al haven't really raised at all.*
Was kind of hoping for more of an avengers prescence but I actually think it was smart of them not to go in any real way (much as I hate to admit it) so folk don't get sick of avengers over-exposure. If they haven't already!! * I'm well up for both of these and many more, but was hoping post-con I'd be salivating for a few more things... Last edited by drawmyfoot; 25-07-2011 at 07:51 PM. Rhys Ifans getting detained by security because he wanted to go for a cigarette.
