Finally got round to watching this last night. I didn't think it was too bad. Despite his constant smarminess I always seem to find Cooper quite likeable in films. Deniro doesn't get to do much and the plot is pretty weak and so full of holes but it was distracting enough to keep my attention till the end. It would have worked a lot better as an X Files episode though. 2.5/5
