I love the first two films, even of the second lost the magic of the first...I think an update is a bad idea, it smacks of 3-D cash in.

Here's the blurb:

Personally im a huge fan of the Gremlins and perhaps a sequel would destroy what was once great about the films. Gremlins is a classic movie, in many cases when a film has a sequel for the sake of it, it normally ends up in the pound section in a DVD store. It will be interesting to see how they will remake it, if they are to at all, and spark off interest in potential new fan bases.
