Default Kurt Russell

Legend. And I mean that in every sense of the word, acting for 40 years, no matter the film he is always class.
Not exactly Mr Awards, but since when has that mattered?
I will watch any film he is in, despite how poor it may seem to be or is, and I always find him very, very watchable.
What do y'all (I'm watching Tombstone) think?

Legend is right. He was also Walt Disneys last words. But for me The Thing cemented his place in film history . oh and overboard

He was? How do you mean. I knew he was a voice actor for The Fox and the Hound. The Thing, Escape from New York and Big Trouble in Little China mark him as a legend.

Loved Tango & Cash but can't stand the bloke doing the cockney accent....sounds worse than Dick Van ****.

Love Kurt Russell by the way, especially as Jack Burton. I remember him as a boy actor in the Elvis film 'It Happened at the worlds fair, he was the boy that kicked Elvis.

Oh, you all agree. I was ready to defend hi m to the hilt in regards to his Legend status.

I should of had more faith in you all than that.

Thumbs up Great Call!!

Russell is great no matter what role he plays - all the classics have been brought up - but even some awful films are raised up a level by him being in them - Sky High, Poseidon & Death Proof.

I grew up watching Big Trouble... & Escape From New York - when I heard the remake of New York had fallen flat I danced round the room like every movie fan should.

No need to remake - give us a third movie - Escape From Earth?
