Default Films You Just Cannot Watch.

Not films like Twilight... "cus they're sh!t! lol etc."... but films that you were turned off for other reasons.

Last night, going through Lovefilm on the PS3, I saw the Oceans trilogy availiable to sit through. Now, these films have never really excited me, but what really put me off was reading the interviews with the cast, a normally likeable collection, but all of them coming across like some smug boys club. And the Julia Roberts 'joke' was more evidence at how purile and self satisfied the series really was.

Totally agree on the Oceans films. I found the first one impossible to watch for the exact reasons you gave. I won't even try to watch the rest.
I also loathe and detest Adam Sandler AND Jack Black.
In fact most so called US humour leaves me cold. Its juvenille rubbish.

Any film with Seth Rogen in claiming to be a comedy, any film featuring an actor/writer/director with the surname Wayans and all associated films ending with '...Movie'. Be they scary, date, superhero or just plain shit.

After watching the Wrestler and Black Swan, I now refuse to watch any Aronofsky films.

Same here. Ditto anything with Jennifer Aniston.
The only Guy Ritchie film I've seen is Sherlock Holmes which, to be honest I didn't like that much. I've no desire to see any of Ritchie's other movies.

Jaykay > have you seen The Fountain? I found it very hard work.

Any Transformers movie.
First of all, it makes me come close to having an epileptic seizure.
Second, and even more important, I used to play with Transformers when I was a kid.
The movies could never keep up to my vivid imagination back then...

Any film that involves harm coming to pregnant women ("A l'interieur", for example). I don't know why, there's just something about it that upsets me. Also films like "A Serbian Film" and "Martyrs" for reasons that are pretty self-explanatory...

nude nuns with big guns. thought it might be a bit of fun but turned out to be a big Tarantino/Rodriguez rip-off. Couldn't bring myself to finish the movie. Couldn't care less about what happened to the characters.

Antichrist was also hard to watch - through boredom more than anyrhing else.
