Smile La Haine and Delicatessen

The French movie channel Cinemoi is showing both Delicatessen and La Haine this weekend. I would definately recommend both of these films as 2 of France's best cinematic contributions of the last 20 years

I've looked at what appears to be the website, but it appears to be a subcsription channel:

http://www.cinemoi.tv/

Oh, I just noticed in the top right>>Sky Channel 343

Not being funny, but I aint gonna pay for it.

Wonder if they would show the more extreme side of French cinema like Baise Moi, Haute Tension and Irreversible!?

Checked on Sky. I need to pay extra if I want this channel. I already pay for the movie channels. Surely it should be included with that package? I have both these films on DVD anyway.

I'd rather just buy Jeunet's back catalogue on blu-ray and forsake the rest of French cinema and watch the Lollywood remakes.

Except 'Alien Resurrection', you can have that back.

Im exactly the opposite. Delicatessen was bizarre to the max and had a very otherworldly feel to it and Amelie is heaven on film.
La Haine on the other hand is boring overblown psuedo documentary claptrap.
BTW you and an old time poster on here are just meant for each other. His name is The Dude.

I agree, except I found Amelie boring. otherwise the above is correct.
