Default Ice Age 4

Took my daughter to watch this we love the Ice Age films, she pees herself laughing at the squirrel (is it a squirrel? I'm not sure) they're always funny, lovely and with great characters, I love Crash and Eddie
Number 4 certainly holds up with the rest

9/10

I went to a fancy preview screening (with fun and frolics in the foyer!). I really liked it. I guffawed in quite a few places. I especially like it in a kids film when they put stuff in that goes over the kids' heads and makes the adults laugh - there was a whole Braveheart thing going on... (The best film for that is Small Soldiers, in my opinion).

I think TF's review is a tad harsh. 3.5 stars from me.

Default Ice Age 4

I watched it in 2D so I don't know how good/bad the effects were. Regarding the story line, I think it time for the trio to settle down since they already have enough adventures for a life time. The franchise is gratuitously stretched such that towards the ends, it all ends in a yawn and nothing more. Though some of the gags were good, the movie works totally on the kids only. Still love original the ice age movie released in 2002. Unfortunately none of the sequels were able to come out of the shadows of the foremost member.

The kids loved it, and my Mrs said it was very good as well.

Not having seen it myself, all I can say is that, if the kids like it, then job done

And this is coming from someone who fell asleep during a visit to watch Alvin and the Chipmunks 3 because it was SOOOOOO boring and yet the kids absolutely loved it lol.
