All of the Kevin Smith commentaries are just fantastic. The stand out commentary of all time being Clerks X.
One of the best I have ever heard is Fight Club. They just seem to be having a really great time....wish I was there!!

the best of the kevin smith commentaries for me has to be the mallrats one. jason mewes is drunk as a skunk. you can hear him falling over and the rest of them taking the **** out of him. i'd def say kevin smith's are the most entertaining, i couldn't be bothered with the ones with people going through all the technical mumbo jumbo.

The soldiers commentary on Black Hawk Down is excellent and highly recommended. I do like listening to Ridley Scott's commentaries on all his films. Gladiator,Matchstick Men, Thelma & Louise, Kingdom of Heaven and of course Blade Runner. The man is a Genius ( if you can ignore GI Jane that is)
David Koepp's commentary on Stirs of Echoes is also good. Funny and self depreciating.

Been listening to a lot of William Fredkin commentaries lately. It's odd - all he does is tell you EXACTLY what's happening on screen, but it's somehow compulsive listening.
and on The Fog Carpenter is fantastic as well. On most of his films actually. Kurt too.

I really liked the group yak track on the Goonies.

Default Best commentary ever

On the special edition of panic room, one of the commentaries is between the screenwriter David Koepp and the legend that is William Goldman.
It's fantastic, Goldman is great and doesn't mind saying where the film is less than brilliant. Bought the DVD years ago for this reason only, still never watched the film-just the commentary...twice.

Default entourage

Entourage said in court papers that he suffered a concussion, a ruptured eardrum, a burst blood vessel in his eye and a torn rotator cuff in the July 2005 scuffle with Iverson's security detail. The altercation occurred when the basketball star's entourage attempted to take over the bar's VIP section, according to court papers. No criminal charges were filed.

Piven, the Emmy-friendly star of Entourage, exited the production in December, 10 weeks early, citing health concerns related to mercury poisoning, which Entourage said he got from eating fish. In the statement, the producers noted that Entourage have requested "a wide range of relevant information" from Entourage about his "alleged illness," including "medical records and documentation of Mr. Piven's activities both during and after the run of the show." They also proposed that all information supplied be "subject to a strict confidentiality agreement."
Blige recently guest-starred on Entourage

I'm pretty sure that's the original clerks commentary, which was recorded in Kevin Smith's hotel room during the filming of Mallrats. Mewes is even introduced by Smith as "asleep at my Feet"

I listen to DVD Commentaries a lot. I know someone has already mentioned Shaun Of The Dead (which contains about 5 different commentaries), but the cast commentary is really good and actually a bit funny in places (when Simon Pegg, Nick Frost and Dylan Moran are doing their Godfather impressions, continuously asking 'who cries in this scene?' and 'but what if I cry?').
