Sony has sent out a press release telling us the Quantum Of Solace release date, and, seeing as they can't forward it to everyone, we figured it'd be a good idea to pass on the info.

Traditionally the Bond flicks have been released in November, but new Bond means new rules and Solace will hit cinemas on 31 October. Which means that your best friend will have a Bond themed party. Oh, and you'll have to choose between Bond and Saw 32 (or whatever) at your local Odeon. We know which queue we'll be joining.
