The new trailer for Rob Zombie’s Halloween II has arrived, and you can view it below.

Yes, Michael Myers definitely wasn’t dead at the end of the first film – not that anyone really expected him to be, since he’s a resilient old shape.

But while the hulking version of Michael as crafted by Zombie (and embodied by Tyler Mane) is indeed returning to Haddonfield to wreak more terror upon unwitting teens, the more interesting angle might be with Laurie Strode, who finally embraces her family connection.

  I've been a big Rob Zombie fan for many years, but for some reason, I find myself not really caring for Halloween 2.

  I'd prefer it if Zombie was just extending the Halloween franchise with another installment, rather than re-hashing what went before. He turned the linear terror of the original Halloween film into a bloated copy. It wasnt bad, it was just uninspiring and dull.
