What happens when you were planning to make a film with not one, but two Fanning sisters but their deal falls through? You replace them with one Breslin, obviously.
Abigail Breslin, that is, as she’s just agreed to join the cast of New Line’s My Sister’s Keeper. She’ll appear alongside Cameron Diaz and Alex Baldwin in the story of a girl who is conceived so her cancer-struck older sister can nab a little genetic backup. Naturally, she’s a little annoyed to learn this and tries to emancipate herself from her parents.
