Al Pacino gets busy in Wilde Salome preview

A film about a film about a play

“I'm doing a play, I'm doing a movie of the play and I'm doing a documentary all at the same time,” says Al Pacino.

It's no wonder this short video preview of his documentary Wilde Salome is titled Too Much To Do

Pacino's doc airs for the first time on 4 September at the Venice Film Festival, where he'll no doubt be doing a lot of interviews about the film of the film of the play.

If this gets any more meta TF is going to need a lie down so here's the footage while we unscramble our brains.

Can't wait for the comic-book adaptation of the book of the film of the film of the play? Or is this whole project in danger of disappearing where the sun doesn't shine? (And we don't mean Scotland). Tell us below!

I had to check IMDB to make sure there weren't writing credits for Chris Morris or Armando Iannucci on this project. And since this isn't a genius Brass Eye-style p*ss take, I guess that means it's in danger of disappearing up Pacino's ar*e. Although he increasingly seems like a parody of himself these days.
