Angelina Jolie says she will cut back her workload to focus on her family life - and so will her partner Brad Pitt.
“As Brad and I get older, we’re going to do fewer films. I’ve been working for a long time. He’s been working for a long time,” she told The Hollywood Reporter.
“I don’t love it as much. I love being a mom,” she added. “We’ve had a nice run and don’t want to be doing this our whole lives. There are a lot of other things to do.”
Jolie said that acting had been a way to answer the big questions in life. “I’m older and I know who I am... and I'm less interested in the character helping me answer something... than in being able to answer it for myself, as a woman, as an adult, with my family.”
However, the ex-Lara Croft won’t be quitting the business too soon, having recently wrapped her directorial debut InThe Land Of Blood And Honey, as well as preparing for the remake of Elizabeth Taylor’s Cleopatra.
