We’re beginning to wonder if the producers behind Abba adaptation Mamma Mia are a little scared that people won’t come to see the film if they discover that it’s a musical and therefore people sing in it.
Call it the Sweeney Todd effect – which sadly didn’t help the demon barber’s box office much – but this new trailer for the Meryl Streep-starring musical features a lot of dancing and some of Abba’s music, but zero singing from its cast.
